Uchenna Nnoli oversees Vuzela’s business development drive and takes direct responsibility for client and project management. He is a business process expert, a Quality Management Systems Analyst with advanced business operations and project management skills.He is a British Standard Institution (BSI) certificated Lead Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015, a Standard Organisation of Nigeria-Registered National Systems Auditor for Quality Management Systems, and he holds a Standards Organisation of Nigeria Lead Auditor Certification for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management systems.Uchenna’s competencies in Project Management is under-pinned by successful completion of University of Liverpool courses in Project planning, execution and control, Sustainability, Program and Portfolio Management, Leading and Managing Project organizations and Strategic purchasing and Procurement Management Systems.Uchenna has provided leadership for Vuzela Limited’s clients’ Organisational restructuring, Human Resource and Business systems transformation projects. Under his leadership, Vuzela Limited has achieved accreditation from Standards Organisation of Nigeria as a registered Consulting and Training Organisation, and led several notable Nigerian Companies to ISO 9001 certification.Before his advent into consulting practice Uchenna had garnered over eight years’ experience in Operations management, Compliance management, Business process re-engineering and Service delivery management in major commercial banks in Nigeria. Uchenna has guided Vuzela Limited to an enviable height demonstrated by an admirable track record of top-of-the-industry performance in Management System Certification consulting.

Joy Patrick supports our ISO 9001:2015 projects and training services and also anchors our shared services and business development. She a BSI Certificated ISO 9001:2015 Auditor, BSI certificated TL9000 Auditor, and has successfully completed BSI courses on ISO 22301 for Business Continuity Management. Joy is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, and also a Masters degree in Information Technology from the University of Lagos. She has over six years quality assurance experience in Nigeria’s telecoms sector and also an extensive ISO 9001 quality management system certification consulting experience across various sectors. She is adept at systems design, implementation and maintenance, and systems auditing. She has a thorough working experience with ISO9001 and TL9000 standards coupled with a deep documentation experience. Her core competences include quality management systems documentation, documentation of procedures, work instructions, standard operating manuals and document control. She is also a top notch quality management systems performance administration specialist. Joy is a passionate advocate for system and process improvement and a compliance and certification retention expert.  Joy has a wide industry contacts which in combination with her immense project management capability is a big push for our clients’ system certification projects. Joy is a consummate trainer with active interest in leadership development.

 Theresa Unugo an ISO 9001 certified Lead Auditor and is also listed on SON’s Register of National Systems Auditors. She is also a Business Process expert skilled at working with Six Sigma and other lean approaches in improving process performance and efficiency. She has extensive implementation and Auditing experience on the ISO 9001: Quality Management System Standards. Theresa has served as internal auditor and Management representative for various companies. This places her in prime position to bring value to client projects from the project planning and the risk and opportunity assessment perspective. Her greatest strengths lie in her diverse background and insider perspective in implementation projects. Theresa is also a certified business analyst with competencies in Business modeling and analyses. She is also involved in the development of risk management frameworks for  our diverse clients operating in VUCA  environment typical of  Nigerian markets.

Nnene Opuruiche N is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, with over 13 years cumulative experience in Human Resource Generalist function, Change Management, Quality Management Systems and Brand Visibility. Her versatile work experience includes a stint as Human Resource Manager of the network operating center of Interstella Communications Limited, a dominant player in Nigeria’s south-east telecoms market where she worked as Regional Human Resource and Administrative head (South east). Nnene also functioned as Human Resource Manager at Gil Automations Limited an Indigenous Electrical &Instrumentation Company serving major International Oil and Gas Companies across the Globe and also worked in the same capacity at Uniterm Nigeria Limited’s Drilling Division, a subsidiary of the Hobark Group.

While at Gil Automations Limited I led an audacious transformational agenda aimed at strengthening corporate culture, streamlining work process and deepening adherence to work process and best practice leading to the company’s certification for compliance in respect to the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality management system standards by the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON).  She also served as GIL Automations Limited’s Management Representative for their NIS ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System implementation project which was achieved in less than eight months. At Uniterm she initiated the setting up of Human Resource systems for the operations of an onshore drilling project before joining the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, a five Star hotel with staff strength in excess of 400. Her responsibilities include providing comprehensive business partnership support and services from the Human Resource perspective, covering strategy and business plan execution and management. She  has also served for four years at Celtel Nigeria Limited as a Customer Service Consultant, during which timeshe was variously responsible for the coordination and management of Celtel customer outlets and won the Celtel Unity tariff essay competition. Her core competencies include aligning Human Resource Strategies with Organisational Corporate Strategy and Vision, Policy Planning/formulation, Performance Management Systems, Employee Engagement, Training and Development, Quality Management Systems design and implementation, Customer Service Management, Change Management, Leadership Development and Employee integration.  Nnene is saddled the responsibility of running our human capital consulting services.

Christy Salako is a consummate human resource practitioner, with vast industry and consulting experience spanning telecoms, manufacturing, oil and gas, banking and insurance sectors of the economy. She is a graduate of History from University of Lagos, and holds a Masters of Science degree in human resource management from Aberdeen Business School, a faculty of the Robert Gordon University Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom. She also holds a graduate diploma in human resources   management from the Charted Institute of Personnel Development in the United Kingdom. She has spent her entire decade-long career in consulting, focusing on guiding numerous companies through strategic organizational change management, restructuring, human resource policy advisory and strategy formulation, organizational performance monitoring and manpower planning and development. Her vast industry contacts gives impetus to our capacity to deliver executive placement solutions for our clients. Christy has impacted the development of various organizations through her comprehensive approach to productivity, hinged on capacity development, improved processes and effective employee policy advisory. She is an active member of many professional bodies.

Obinna Udechukwu leads our project management practice. He is a certified telecommunication engineer, CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA)CISCO and is a holder of the prestigious Project Management Professional(PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute(PMI), the world’s leading project management professional association. Obinna has garnered over eight years project management experience in core telecom engineering. His industry experience has seen him lead projects for top industry players including GS telecoms, Alcatel Lucent, and Globacom in their Republic of Benin network expansion project. He also led on behalf of Alcatel Lucent, a network upgrade project for Etisalat in Nigeria and also MTN’s 3G network roll out project while working for Huawei Nigeria Limited.He has also led project implementation in many of Nigeria’s top commercial banks and manufacturing companies. Obinna’s core competencies include project scoping and planning, stakeholder and project team management, project execution and control, project closure, post implementation audit and project portfolio management. He has advanced software competences. Obinna’s thought- to- finish approach to project management provides the cutting edge that is inherent in our project management solutions. Obinna has attended numerous courses in telecoms engineering and project management in Nigeria and abroad, and has brought his deep project management knowledge and experience to bear on our ability to critically affect our clients’ capacity to deliver on strategic projects, leveraging on global project management best practices, tools and techniques.
