Uchenna Nnoli (Managing Partner)

Uchenna Nnoli with over 20 years work experience, oversees Vuzela’s business development drive and takes direct responsibility for client and project management. He is a business process expert, a Management Systems Analyst with advanced business operations and project management skills. He is a British Standard Institution (BSI) certificated Lead Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015, an IQCS Certification (Singapore) Certificated Lead Auditor for ISO 14001:2015, a Standards Organisation of Nigeria-Registered National Systems Auditor for Quality Management Systems.

Uchenna holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, and his core competencies include Project planning, execution and control, Sustainability, Program and Portfolio Management, Leading and Managing Project organizations and Strategic purchasing and Procurement Management Systems. Uchenna has provided leadership for Vuzela Limited’s clients’ Organizational restructuring, Human Resource and Business systems transformation projects. Under his leadership, Vuzela Limited achieved accreditation from Standards Organisation of Nigeria as a registered Consultant and Training Organisation and led several notable Nigerian Companies to Management Systems certification.

Before his advent into consulting practice Uchenna had garnered over eight years’ experience in Operations management, Compliance management, Business process re-engineering and Service delivery management in major commercial banks in Nigeria.

Stephany N. Nnoli (Senior Partner- Human Resource Management Consulting) 

Stephany N Nnoli is a Global Practitioner in Human Resource (GPHR) from HRCI and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, with a master’s degree in industrial and labor Relations from the University of Lagos. She is a certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Auditor. She is a transformational consultant with over 21 years of experience, shaping organizational culture and driving strategic change across industries globally. As the Senior Partner for Human Resource Management Consulting Services atat Vuzela Limited, she lead impactful initiatives that align human capital strategies with business goals, helping organizations thrive in competitive environments.

With a career span of Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Manufacturing, ICT, and Power, she is recognized for translating complex business challenges into people-centered solutions that accelerate growth and improve performance. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and an ISO 9001 Auditor, her work is grounded in technical expertise, strategic insight, and international best practices.

She stays at the forefront of global HR trends, ensuring that the solutions we deliver to our clients are future-focused and globally relevant. Her key competencies are in talent management, leadership development, and change management, guiding organizations through large-scale transformations that foster innovation and enhance workforce capability. Terseer Lanem (Senior Partner- Management Systems Audit) 

Terseer Lanem is a lead auditor of several management system standards such as the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series ISO 45001:2018. Terseer is an ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS and ISO 45001:2018 Tutor. He also facilitates Business Process Management training and has led several business process transformation and International Standards Implementation within the banking, telecommunications and oil and gas sectors. Terseer is has led other process improvement initiatives based on the ISO 20000 series; Information Technology Service Management, ISO 27001; Information Security Management System and the Integrated Management system standards implementation.

In addition, Terseer has over ten years’ experience as a Certifying Body Auditor for ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS and the OHSAS 18001. Terseer led several change implementations in his work with the Standards Organization of Nigeria where he successfully project managed the development, testing and deployment of an online secure Certification and Certificate Submission platform for the SON Offshore Conformity Assessment Program (SONCAP), a project supporting annual revenues in excess of USD50 million. He successfully led 9Mobile (formerly Etisalat Nigeria) to recertify and transition their quality management system to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Terseer has over 15 years of public and private sector capacity building and regulatory experience developing policies, processes, and procedures for organizations. He also worked more than 8 years as a measurement Engineer specializing in the calibration of weighing, temperature, and electrical measuring equipment.

Ebere Abolade (Senior Partner- Supply Chain Management Consulting) 

Ebere Abolade is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). An experienced Procurement professional with more than ten years of experience in Supply Chain management in areas such as internal control/auditing of inventory, Strategic Procurement, Setting-up /Re-structure of Procurement function, Supply planning and Logistics. She has a demonstrable history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry. She is skilled in Supply Chain Optimization, Demand Planning, Reverse Logistics, Inventory Management Systems, with strong operations knowledge and consulting bias. She holds a Professional Diploma Certificate from the prestigious Chattered Institute of Procurement and supply. She has masterminded and led several Procurement function restructuring programs across several sectors. She is adept at leading Strategic Procurement planning with a strong ability to establish and implement bespoke, project specific procurement processes and procedures for enhanced organizational value.

Chidinma Udoye (HR Operations Manager/Partner- Human Resource Practice) 

She holds the Global Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI and is an Associate of the Chattered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and a Human Resource Licensed Practitioner in Nigeria. In addition to facilitating Vuzela Limited’s in-house Human Resource Management System covering processes such as: Recruitment & Hiring, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Human Resource Business Partnering, Human Resource Information System(HRIS), and overall HR Operations, Chidinma supports all aspects of HR consulting relationships with Vuzela HR clients including developing annual HR Account Plan with each client, implementing Account Plan for each client and serving as the main point of contact for client’s ongoing HR needs and questions. Her critical HR competencies include: HR Strategy, Benefits Management, Recruitment and Retention Strategy, Performance Management, Orientation/Onboarding Programs, Recognition Programs, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Compliance Support, Compensation Benchmarking, Employment Policies, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Professional Development, HR Systems Auditing and Compliance Management.
